User-Provided Content

Paid Services

Limitation of Liability

DevTopsy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or inability to use services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement following the terms described, with obligations upon termination outlined in the contract.

Upon termination, access to services will cease, and outstanding fees become immediately due.
